SAIAN Ansyu (The host of SAIAN tea ceremony room) inquires into contemporary ways of Cha-no-yu: Japanese tea ceremony and into the art of drinking to savour time and space from different points of approach.
She calls these Yuru-cha, at the same time as she respects the spirit of traditional Cha-no-yu.
In April 2020, online Yuru-cha sessions started
for sharing the moment with matcha and savouring the time in own place.
It is not the same feeling as real sessions in SAIAN tea ceremony room,
but there are also interesting things from the differences.
